Resilence and Mindfulness


 Resilience is awareness and empowerment through mindfulness. Mindfulness increases our awareness of everything we do.
 
Mindfulness enhances our awareness of what is happening around us and what we do. Mindfulness is a helpful tool in controlling our life and promoting our well-being.
Purposeful awareness and agency to improve reality are definitely a way to make my life better.
 I decided to be mindful and resilient. What about you?

The End of the World


The feeling that the world would end up is a feeling that really frustrates me and makes me feel depressed, as  I do not do my best though I work to the best of my abilities. I am a hard worker, empathatic, humble, loving person. I also give charity. Still, I am not that good. Sometimes, I do not do my work well as I am overloaded with work. I am not that good with my elderly mother but what can I do. I am middle-aged and not that good at multi-tasking. I am not a mother because I ran to realize a thoughless dream (to be something) and I lost nearly everything to a dream I did not attain. I am not that religious and  I lost stimili to give Allah His due respect though I really love Him and know that he really plays a definite role in my life.

Literature


 

Literature plays a definite role in my life. Literature resonates in every aspect in my life. I connect my actions to those done by characters in novels. The novels to me are real life exerperiences that I should learn from. Whenever I face a difficult situation, I remember Maya Angelou, Martin Luthur King, David Copper Field, The Count of Mount Cristo, Leila Abouzeid's The Manager and Other Stories, The Beauty and the Beast. I am very interested in autobiographies rather than novels but all fiction inspires me. I also recommend literature for entertainment and language acquisition. Literature is really worthwhile.
