Improving The Educational Systems

There are no shortcuts or magic solutions to the educational system except well-trained teachers. 

Teaching is about effective engagement and that covers a wide range of skills and capacities. We always complain about the educational system in Egypt. I believe the basic problem is that teachers work under hard conditions. They are asked for perfect results with minimal resources or no resources at all.

Teaching is a gift! some people are born to pass knowledge. There is a broad difference between being knowledgeable in an area of study and being able to pass knowledge across to other people; but then it is a lot more better when a gifted teacher makes it a profession by getting the required training and then going ahead to get a broad knowledge in the area of study; because believe me; the only difference between a teacher and the student is the broader knowledge and understanding that the teacher possesses.

Still, the system should really change in order to make teachers do their real job. The biggest class should be 30 students not 120. There should be paper, photocopiers, internet, books, in short, all resources needed.
